We provide legal services to parents and children in Massachusetts who are faced with the task of dealing with school districts over issues such as special education services, discipline, harassment, suspension, expulsion, specialized placement, vocational education and the provision of a free and appropriate education for their children as well as representing clients in the Criminal courts when charged with crimes and represent them when injured do to the negligence of others.
We practice before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals, Juvenile Court, District Court, Superior Court, and in the Federal Court.

We offer a comprehensive set of services to parents and children to assist them in dealing with the complex educational system here in Massachusetts.
We provide a comprehensive review and analysis of your child's services including IEPs, disciplinary records, evaluations, progress reports, transition plans, legal rights, and the determination as to the appropriateness of the services the school district is providing or not as the case may be and what needs to be done to improve the education environment of your child's.
We provide representation in the criminal courts when your child is arrested and charged with crimes.
We provide representation when you, your child or family member has been injured or damaged and seek financial recovery from the individuals or entity responsible.

Current Issues
Public Schools are not providing children with the full range of services necessary to make effective and real progress in school.
Public Schools are not protecting children from bullying or harassment.
Public Schools do not provide access to the full range of vocational programs children require to become self sufficient upon graduation.
Public Schools use out of school suspension to force children to drop out of school rather than provide the necessary services to allow them to be successful.
